About the assessment

You will be asked to rate 30 statements based on how consistently they reflect how you actually lead in practice.
Think about your leadership over recent months, including periods when demands have been high. There are no right or wrong answers. The value comes from being as honest as possible about what you typically do, rather than what you know you should do or would ideally like to do.
The assessment takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.
Your responses will help build a picture of where your leadership capacity is currently strongest and where there may be opportunities to create greater capacity.

What to do with your insight

Use your results to identify where attention is needed, whether that’s strengthening clarity, alignment, execution, or consistency.
The Five Dimensions of Leadership Capacity

Cognitive Capacity
See across horizons
Enables leaders to step back from the noise, make sense of complexity and see what is emerging. By challenging assumptions and looking across multiple horizons, they make clearer, faster strategic decisions under pressure.

Relational Capacity
Aligning the system
Enables leaders to understand different perspectives and the human dynamics shaping the wider system. By staying open, seeking perspective and connecting across boundaries, they create stronger alignment, commitment and decisions that hold.

Emotional Capacity
Leading under pressure
Enables leaders to recognise what is happening within them without being driven by it. By regulating emotion and choosing the response the situation needs, they stay effective under pressure, build trust and tackle difficult issues earlier.

Operational Capacity
Developing value-creating teams
Enables leaders to turn priorities into value through individuals, teams and teams of teams. By building ownership, coaching others and enabling decisions at the right level, they create stronger execution, accountability and capacity.

Regenerative Capacity
Restoring and sustaining
Enables leaders to renew their own energy, motivation and purpose while acting as a catalyst for the renewal of others. By recognising depletion early, restoring deliberately and maintaining brain agility, they sustain energy, adaptability and performance over time.
